Refund & Session Expiry Policy

Applies to all TXSNOW sessions, including KM, regular sessions, group sessions, Snow Buddy Time and Combo options.

Which sessions are eligible for a refund?

Single sessions follow the 24-hour refund rule above. The 10-day cooling-off period for prepaid Combos does not apply to single sessions.

A Combo is non-refundable once use has begun

Use of the entire Combo is considered to have begun as soon as any session has been taken, or any confirmed session booking is less than 24 hours away.

No refunds are available after either of these events or after the 10-day cooling-off period ends. Any remaining unused sessions retain their original expiry date.

More than 24 hours after paying for a single session

The session is no longer refundable. If it is unused, it can still be booked and taken before its expiry date, subject to the booking rules.

Refund fees & payment method

Refund handling fee

5% + CAD 20

The 5% is calculated on the total amount paid for the session order being refunded.

The fee is deducted from the refund and will not exceed the refundable amount.

Usual refund timeframe

3–5business days

Once approved, refunds are normally sent to the original payer within 3–5 business days by Interac e-Transfer.

Session expiry & sharing with family and friends

Single sessions & prepaid Combos

From the purchase date · Use across ski seasons

Please use your sessions before they expire. Expired sessions are not automatically extended or redeemable for cash.

Rescheduling, leaving a session unscheduled or sharing it with someone else does not restart the validity period.

Price adjustments & session changes

Any price adjustment for a change of resort, instructor level, session type or age group is calculated under the rules disclosed at the time of purchase.

TXSNOW Support will explain the credit value of the original session, the new price, any price difference and any changes to discounts and obtain your agreement before proceeding.

Compensation sessions

Compensation sessions are valid for 24 months from the date TXSNOW decides to provide them. TXSNOW Support will record the expiry date and help you book.

Cancelling a booking & requesting a refund

At least 24 hours before the start

You may request a new date or cancel the booking and leave the session unscheduled.

Less than 24 hours before the start

Rescheduling and cancellation are generally not permitted.

If the resort officially announces a closure, affected sessions may be rescheduled at no charge.

  • Order number
  • Payer’s name
  • The sessions involved
